AYCE option available. Everything we ordered was really good. The bento box lunch specials are really a great value for what you pay. I recommend this place!

Roll Spot is a relatively new restaurant (couple years) but it still doesn't look up to date. They always advertise 50% off all sushi (nigiri) and cut/hand rolls, but that actually just brings them down to average prices. Across the board, their menu is regularly priced like their competitors in the same ballpark, so that just leaves quality and portion size to differ. I got a Washington roll and it came out fast. It looks like their roll is a little shorter than others, with fewer pieces but looking at the second picture, they provide a significantly larger portion of salmon and crab meat per piece. This was really tasty but I left still a little hungry because there's not that much rice. If you're starving, skip out on their rolls, but go for it in any other scenario.

Just moved to downtown LA near Little Tokyo and tried lots of sushi & roll places already but hands down the best sushi & roll ever. Food is just amazing, service is great and very very clean restaurant. (That matters to me & my wife). Loved it so much and will enjoy their sushi & rolls again & again.

We tried several rolls and they were beautiful and tasted fresh. Service is order and pick up style so I can't comment on that too much. But the girl that took our order at the register was friendly. Place is small but everything looked clean and there were tables right outside for additional seating. This spot is located in Little Tokyo so parking can be a hassle. Either you pay to park or you find street parking. But if you can bear that, you get some good sushi and some interesting things to see at all the stores nearby.

Went in today with two of my friends, got this recommendation from someone on social media and I happened to be in the area. I ordered the spicy crunch roll, one of my friends ordered the baked Alaskan roll and one ordered the spicy salmon roll (I think). I give my roll is 9/10. The crunchy bits on the outside was good, different from the usual ones that I get. The rolls were a good size and I liked that there was a salad that came with it. There was seating inside and outside, good amount of shade outside too. Great for people watching since it's a pretty busy area.

Roll Spot is a super affordable sushi place in Little Tokyo. The restaurant doesn't seem like much from the outside, but I was impressed with how yummy and fresh their food was! They have a super expansive menu with a variety of offerings; there's a ton of your traditional sushi offerings as well as some more fusion options. They do have both indoor and outdoor seating, but it seems like they mostly do to-go orders. We got the Spicy Tuna Crispy Rice, Rainbow Roll, and Spicy Salmon Roll. Honestly, I was really surprised by how much I enjoyed the food. It definitely isn't the best quality or most amazing sushi that exists by a long shot, but it is so worth it for the price. They give huge portions and don't skimp on the fish. It was really filling, and I loved how flavorful everything was. The crispy rice was my favorite; from the flavor of the sauce to the crispiness of the rice, it was super yummy. The service was also really friendly! The cashier was very patient with highlighting the most popular items. It did take a while for the food to come out, but it seemed like they were understaffed in the kitchen considering the large number of orders they had. I would definitely come back, especially if I wanted to satiate my sushi craving affordably.

Felt the need to make a followup after a great in-store experience last night! This was the first time I ate there and it was SO good; ordered the spicy tuna crispy rice and asparagus roll. Perfect for 1 or to share before a night out! Appreciate the mini salad / daikon that they include with the crispy rice. All tables and such were clean and service was kind and didn't wait too long for my yum food! Thank you! PS they only validate parking for the structure above their store (not the other underground one attached to the complex).

Came in because of the 50% off all rolls deal they were advertising. Left still spending a little more than expected lol Nigiri is approximately $4.95 per order (each order gives you 2 pieces.) This is the price after the 50% off discount has been applied. I've definitely had more affordable sushi so I was slightly taken aback by the price here. Still, it's not too bad of a price and the quality of the fish was great! We ordered salmon and yellowtail nigiri and enjoyed the fish. We also ordered a blue crab California roll Walked away with 2 nigiri order and 1 roll order and spent a little over $20. Service was prompt and friendly

What a fantastic sushi spot in Little Tokyo! It's nothing fancy. Just special rolls, cut rolls, etc. However, the size and quality of these rolls are amazing! If you're like me and sometimes just want some good cheap sushi without having to go somewhere nice, this is the spot. I've had various cut rolls, special rolls, and baked rolls. Everything has been delicious with no complaints. They give you soooo much food! I'm a pretty average eater, but two cut rolls was definitely too much for me. One cut roll would've been perfect for a light meal. Please come by and support this small business in Little Tokyo. The owner is so sweet and puts a lot of care into making her food affordable and high quality. This is definitely my go-to roll spot from now on!
